Fukrey 2013 Movie Storyline/Plot

Fukrey (meaning ‘slacker’ or ‘worthless’ in north Indian/Punjabi dialect) is a 2013 Indian coming of age comedy film directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and starring Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Ali Fazal, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadda, Vishakha Singh, and Priya Anand in the lead roles.[3][4] The story and dialogues are written by Vipul Vig and the screenplay was written by Vig and Lamba. Produced under the Excel Entertainment banner, the film was released on 14 June 2013.[5] Despite a poor opening, the film has gone on to become a sleeper hit. The film is set in Delhi, where four “Fukrey” (a colloquial Punjabi term for slackers) boys,[8] come together to make easy money. The group includes two school backbenchers, Hunny (Pulkit Samrat) and Choocha (Varun Sharma), who are perpetually dreaming of making it big. They want to get into the local college but don’t have the grades. The college guard Pandit (Pankaj Tripathi) tells them that he can leak to them the class XII papers at a rate of Rs. 50,000 per subject. Through Pandit (Pankaj Tripathi) they meet Zafar (Ali Fazal), a former student of the college and a struggling musician. The fourth character is Lali (Manjot Singh), whose father runs a sweet shop. Lali is currently pursuing his degree through correspondence and like Hunny and Choocha also wants to get into the same college but doesn’t have the marks. Pandit tells Lali to donate Rs. 250,000 in the college development fund to get a seat in return. Zafar’s girlfriend, Neetu (Vishakha Singh), has broken up with him and his father is critically ill and needs money for his treatment. The four meet up at Pandit’s office where Hunny explains his scheme. Each night Choocha has a dream, which Hunny later interprets as a lottery number, which they buy and win. And for every rupee invested, they get ten rupees (basically ten times) back. However since now they all together need a lot of money, they need someone to invest lakhs. So, on Zafar’s insistence, Pandit takes them to meet a local gangster, Bholi Punjaban (Richa Chadda) where Hunny tells them their scheme. Bholi is ready to invest and Lali also gives his shop papers as mortgage. Bholi tells them to come the next day with the number. However, the same night everyone except Choocha falls asleep. The next morning, Choocha narrates a fake dream which Hunny interprets and gets a number. They go to Bholi and tell the number. But it backfires and Bholi loses her money. Now to recover her money, she gives them a packet containing drug pills which Zafar, Hunny and Lali have to sell at a rave party the same night. She keeps Choocha as security with her. At the party, Police and Narcotics teams conduct a raid and Lali escapes with packet with the police chasing him. Lali manages to fool the police and reaches Neetu’s place. He also sees Zafar there. Neetu throws the drugs down the drain just as the police are about to search her home. The police leave her place warning Lali. Zafar in the meanwhile tells the whole story to Neetu. This Is the End 2013 Movie Storyline/Plot

This Is the End is a 2013 American disaster comedy film written and directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg in their directorial debut, starring an ensemble cast including Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Michael Cera and Emma Watson. They play versions of themselves which are to varying degrees fictional, in the aftermath of a global apocalypse. The film was released on June 12, 2013, and was a critical and commercial success. Due to the success of the film, Columbia Pictures had the film re-released on September 6, 2013. Jay Baruchel arrives in Los Angeles to visit his old friend and fellow actor Seth Rogen, who invites Baruchel to attend a housewarming party hosted by James Franco. Baruchel is uncomfortable being around many people he does not know well, so Rogen accompanies him to a convenience store for cigarettes. While at the convenience store, the ground begins to shake and beams of blue light from the sky carry away nearby people, but leave Rogen and Baruchel behind. The two flee back to Franco’s house amid mass chaos, only to find the party undisturbed. Baruchel tries to explain that it is the Apocalypse, but his theory is dismissed. Moments later, the ground shakes again and the partygoers rush outside. The earth splits open in Franco’s yard, swallowing most celebrity partygoers, while Rogen, Baruchel, Franco, Jonah Hill and Craig Robinson survive by running back into the house. They fortify the house, take inventory of their supplies, set up a ration system and await help. The next morning, Danny McBride, who attended the party uninvited and passed out in the bathtub, wakes up first. Not knowing about the crisis, he makes breakfast using the majority of the food in the house. The others awake and tell him of the night’s events, which he does not initially believe until an outsider is decapitated in their presence. Later, Emma Watson, another survivor of the party, returns. However, due to a misunderstanding, she leaves, taking the group’s remaining drinks with her. Violet and Daisy 2013 Movie Storyline/Plot

Violet & Daisy is a 2011 American action comedy-drama film written, produced, and directed by Geoffrey S. Fletcher and starring Saoirse Ronan and Alexis Bledel. The film was given its first release at the Toronto International Films Festival in 2011 and did not receive a theatrical release until 2013 where it had a limited theatrical run. Geoffrey S. Fletcher credits Pulp Fiction, Superbad, and Thelma & Louise as inspiration for this film. The film was one of James Gandolfini’s last acting roles before his tragic death on June 19, 2013. The film’s plot concerns two teenage assassins named Violet and Daisy, best friends who accept what they think will be a quick and easy job, until an unexpected target throws them off plan. Violet & Daisy is the story of Daisy (Saoirse Ronan) and her surreal and violent journey through New York City as a contract killer together with her volatile partner-in-crime and best friend Violet (Alexis Bledel). The two young assassins face a series of opponents, including one unusually mysterious man named Michael (James Gandolfini), who is their next target. They accept the job to assassinate him from their boss Russ (Danny Trejo) and they plan to use the money to buy dresses from the clothes line of their celebrity idol Barbie Sunday (Cody Horn). The Internship 2013 Movie Storyline/Plot

The Internship is a 2013 American comedy film directed by Shawn Levy, written by Vince Vaughn and Jared Stern, and produced by Vaughn and Levy. The film stars Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in their third film together after starring in the 2004 film Starsky & Hutch and the 2005 film Wedding Crashers. This is also the second collaboration of Levy, Vaughn, and Stern after the 2012 film The Watch. The main location of the film is the Googleplex, the real-life headquarters of Google in Mountain View, California, while many scenes were filmed in Atlanta, GA, at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Billy McMahon and Nick Campbell seek employment after being laid off from their positions as watch salesmen when their employer goes out of business. Billy then applies for an internship at Google for the two of them, and they are accepted due to their unorthodox interview answers, despite a lack of relevant experience. They are the only interns not of traditional collegiate age. They will spend the summer competing in teams against other interns, also known as “Nooglers”, in a variety of tasks, and only the members of the winning team will be guaranteed jobs with Google. Billy and Nick are teamed with other interns seen as rejects: Stuart, who is usually engrossed in his smart phone; Yo-Yo, a Filipino-American who was homeschooled by a stereotypical overbearing Asian mother; and Neha, an Indian-American who is an enthusiast of nerd-related kink. The team is led by Lyle, who constantly tries to act hip in order to hide his insecurities. Another intern, Graham, bullies Billy and Nick’s team. Mr. Chetty, the head of the internship program, also expresses his doubts about the older men’s abilities. Stuart, Yo-Yo, and Neha see Billy and Nick as useless during a task focused on debugging and send them on a wild goose chase to find the fictional character, Professor X. But later, during a game of Muggle Quidditch against Graham’s team, Billy rallies his team to a comeback that unifies them as a team despite ultimately losing. When the teams are tasked with developing an app, Billy and Nick convince the team to indulge in a wild night out. At a strip club in San Francisco’s Chinatown District, Neha admits to Billy that, despite her rich fantasy life, she has no real-world experience and is nervous. With his support, she decides to stay. Nick gets Yo-Yo to break out of his shell by drinking and receiving lap dances. And, encouraged by Billy, Lyle approaches one of the dancers, Marielena, who is also a dance instructor at Google on whom he had developed a crush. She is charmed by him, but another customer challenges Lyle for her attention and a fight breaks out. The team is ejected from the club. Before sunrise that same night, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, Stuart learns to appreciate his surroundings, and Lyle’s drunken antics inspire the team to create an app that guards against reckless phone usage while drunk.
